An introduction to Shirin – yoku – Forest Bathing

Heritage week 2025. Here in Farmleigh we regularly pay tribute to our Japanese community by exploring, sharing and showcasing Japanese Art, Culture and Practices.
Our Guide will offer an introduction to Shirun yoku – Forest Bathing, with a mindful walk and talk to connect with nature through the trees in Farmleigh woods for relaxation and well being.
Tour will take approx. an hour. Suitable for visitors aged over 12. Appropriate footwear recommended.
